ORANGE AND WILD MINT SALAD

 

Serves 4
 
  • 2 big oranges
  • Wild mint
  • Extra-virgin olive oil Viola “Tradizione”
  • Salt and pepper
 
Wash the oranges and peel. Divide into segments and remove all the pith. Keep any excess juice. Mix the oil, orange juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
 
Wash the wild mint, remove the stalks and mix with the peeled oranges. Dress with the oil mixture and serve.
